"We had an excellent stay here. The property is within walking distance to all major sights of Da Nang; if it's too hot/humid to walk, you can always take grab or taxi for cheap. The hostess is very helpful and nice; she went out of her way to answer our questions and to make us feel welcome. Complimentary breakfast is a huge plus. Highly recommend this homestay and we'll definitely stay here next time we're in Da Nang."

"Very nice family run guest house. The owner was able to arrange a taxi for me from Da Nang then to the airport upon departure. At a better price than I could get. The beach is right across the street. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The room is large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good variety. It was very nice to have the use of a bicycle for going into town. Communication was very easy. I highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Everyhing was perfect. The staffs were very kind and friendly. (They are ready to help you for 24 hours) The room (private cubicle rooms) was so clean and has two outlets, one small desk and electric fan. A/C works for 24 hours, so I extended my stay again and again. The most important thing is cheap!!"

"This property is under construction and shouldn't really accept paying guests. The setup of the property is not suitable for a true hostel. It's okay for a homestay experience. It's not really a hostel facility yet as I was using the family bathroom. The house is a bit dirty."

Really dirty hotel, very poor maintenance inside out, messy looking too with so much irrelevant stuff and rubbish, looks like an old chinese chemist house which really surprised me. Staff were fantastic, really tried to help despite language barrier using translation online etc..."
