"Nice place. Great price. Great staff very family oriented. Just wish the room were updated a little bit and cleaned a little better. Cold A/C probably would’ve settled us in better. "
"We visited in mid October because we couldn’t get a place to stay in San Marino. I am so glad! We would definitely stay here again instead of San Marino! It was very quiet and lovey. Having our own hot tub was a huge plus as well!"
"The property and in particular the family who run it are exceptional. I had an a knee accident and they became family in helping me with ice pack , wheel chair and other local assistance. Will definitely be back absolutely outstanding class very substantial breakfast etc "
"This reasonably priced hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, and, although we weren’t cooking on this short trip, we were impressed by how well supplied the kitchen was. We availed ourselves of the deal the hotel has with one of the nearby beach clubs and loved it. It was easy walking distance from the hotel. The included breakfast was bountiful. All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I would happily stay here again. "
"The staff and atmosphere at Holiday Hotel are great, very welcoming and the location is great. The room I stayed in left much to be desired as the the bed was poor, the room had very little, and without air conditioning the hotel nights were very hot. The TV was broken and no Wi-Fi in the room was a good thing so that you weren't in it very long. The location and staff are great but don't expect many amenities here."
"The staff and facilities were great. The local all you can eat of local specialties was exceptional. Breakfast too! The only matter that was subpar were the grungy gray towels. Looks like they came from the local car wash "

"The room was small but very clean. Loved that the balcony had a drying rack with clothes pins to hang wet bathing suits. The view was beautiful from 5th floor.
The elevator was very narrow and triggered my claustophobia so i opted for the stairs. The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and professional. The food was ok, but some of the portions were small (but beautifully presented). The only thing we didnt like is this strange rule they had about the pool. You arent allowed in the pool unless you wear a swim cap (which they offer to sell to you). They say they do this for hygiene as they dont want hair in the pool. We thought this was ridiculous and didnt go to the pool. Lots of other guests seem to feel the same as the pool often had only a handful of swimmers in it during our stay. So if you agree to wear the swim cap you will have the pool mostly to yourself. Otherwise just enjoy the beach as we did. My kids enjoyed playing paddle ball and bike riding. There is a restaurant on the beach with food and drinks reasonably priced. "
"Hotel was more than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of the beach area and the included breakfast was awesome! There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is right across the street! And as my kids can attest to, the best waves in Ravenna are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is popular so all the taxi services know right where you are when you call. We easily transferred between the train station and the cruise port."
"This hotel is a great find, it's well priced, great location and it is IMMACULATE, fresh towels everyday, bed made and room cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely return here! You get what you pay for in most places, however this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price point."
"Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"
