"We needed a room for three, and this hotel came through with a queen bed and two singles for a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two sinks. Everything was spotless. I had read some complaints about the tiny elevator, but it holds one person and one suitcase -- if you need more, make several trips! The staff was kind and welcoming."

"I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the first night, a fire alarm went off on all floors due to a system error, and later that evening, there was a power outage on the entire street for a few hours. "Excellent location a short-ish walk from Arc de Triumphe (for ease of orientation) and close to a subway station with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Lift can be a bit small; spiral stairs offer a good workout depending on which floor your room is. "
