"I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the first night, a fire alarm went off on all floors due to a system error, and later that evening, there was a power outage on the entire street for a few hours. Although these issues were beyond their control, the hotel handled everything with professionalism and care. Thank you so much to the entire La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris by The Crest Collection team!"
