"The owner/operator and staff were very gracious and friendly. This is a classy place with easy access to underground rail system, quality restaurants, and provides its own very nice breakfast. The outdoor sitting area for certain rooms is a big bonus. We did have to ask the housekeeper to do a few items that had been overlooked but they were very polite and took care of our needs immediately. Security was ample - 24 hour front-door service - doors were kept locked all the time."

"Fantastic experience! We traveled with 2 kids and got the adjacent rooms and the setup was perfect for a family of 4! Service was top notch and location is amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Keep in mind adjacent means next to. There is no shared doorway. Hotel was clean truly wonderful! Oh the beds were also comfortable which is rare for a hotel!"
