The service, the room and the property exceeded our expectations. We loved being a bit outside the touristy areas and loved the calm of Minato. Everything was amazing and immaculately kept. If I had to suggest: gym to add cable machines for a complete weight workout and the skybar not letting you in to look around without ordering a drink perhaps a bit restrictive.

It was our second stay here and I have nothing but praise. Hotel is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and very helpful (the've returned me my credit card before I realized that I left it in my laundry). Food options and experience are great.
