The staff were very pleasant esp Erika at the front desk who let us check in early and Clarice at the pool who was very friendly and kept the area nice and tidy and organized. Great location to explore Chelsea, Village, and enjoy the Hudson river park and HighLine. The lobby cafe has good food and drinks too! Thank you Gansevoort team"
