There was some confusion on my part regarding checkout time and the team happily accommodated to extend the checkout time by an hour. Nitpick: My only ask is that there are more coffee pods provided. Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working).
