The numerous windows on the south and west sides make the apartment very bright and offer wonderful views of the Valais mountains and the opposite ski area Aletscharena. The balcony is also facing south and west. On this lower level is a separate toilet. Via a spiral staircase in the living area, the two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath on the upper floor can be reached. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children, but also for 4 adults. They have cable TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi, an underground parking space for a car and the possibility for a fee to use the communal washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is in the summer months an ideal starting point for small and multi-day hikes to Italy, in the winter for skiing in the Aletscharena, cross-country skiing in Goms and snowshoeing directly from the house. In every season a trip to the Briger thermal bath is recommended. Please note that this is non-smoking property and pets are not possible due to allergies. Resort Aragon The residence "Aragon" is car-free and is located in a sunny and quiet location. In the complex you can use a barbecue, table tennis tables are available as well as a playground. In winter there is a small toboggan run in the area and sledges. In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop to Fiesch or the Binntal, in winter there is the ski bus (free for ski pass holders), which goes in a few minutes to the valley station of the gondola to Fiescheralp. The village square of Ernen with a small supermarket, a health food store, restaurants, a café and sports shop is about 500 meters away. The village of Ernen is located 1200 m above the Rhone on a meadow terrace and is one of the most beautiful Valais villages. Ernen, with its picturesque wooden and stone houses, rarely combines original nature with a traditional cultural landscape. The new suspension bridge connects the two hiking areas of Ernen and Bellwald (to the Gommer Höhenweg) as well as the connection of the national cycle route no. 1 (Rhoneroute from Glacier to Lake Geneva). Between Ernen and Mühlebach the bridge connects directly to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. summer Horse riding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. We ate often on the terrace to enjoy the view. The living room has a beautiful light in the afternoon. The residence is rather quiet The charming village of Ernen is only a few minutes away walking. All excursions are very conveniently reachable by car or by walking to the village and in the surroundings. The only drawback of the location is that you have to climb all the way up to the apartment because it's the highest house in the park. Da das Haus innerhalb der Ferienanlage am höchsten Punkt liegt, ist der Ausblick uneingeschränkt und atemberaubend. Die Wohnung bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet (speziell die Küche). Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Obergeschoß lassen 70iger Jahre Erinnerungen aufkommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein Watch-out speziell für nicht mehr so bewegliche Leute ist die sehr enge Wendeltreppe, die das Unter- mit dem Obergeschoß verbindet. Als Skifahrer hat uns aber auch das nicht gestört.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets schnell, verbindlich und sehr hilfreich.Uns hat auch das Vorhandensein eines Tiefgaragenplatzes gut gefallen und besonders der ruhige und malerisch-charmanate Ort Ernen.Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen. ##### Detlef S. Der Ausblick auf das Rhonetal und die gegenüber liegenden Berge ist fantastisch. Es gibt viele Wander- und Ausflugsziele. Lediglich das Bad und die separate Toilette sind -wie auch beschrieben- etwas beengt aber durchaus problemlos benutzbar. ##### Wulf B. Ernen hat mir sehr gefallen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Sehr schöne Ausblick, geräumig. Alles sauber und Bad war für uns auch keinerlei Problem. Ruhig, erholsam. Restaurant Alpenblick und Pizzeria La Scala, sowie ein Volg sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz. Der grosse Balkon mit Panoramablick und mit viel Sonnenstunden gesegnet. Die offene Küche zum Ess und Wohnbereich ist sorgt für eine stimmige Atmosphäre. Die Schlafzimmer sind genug gross und die Betten sind bequem. Die Nasszelle ist etwas zu eng. Gesamtfazit: Preis-Leistung top ##### Christian S.
