"Wasn’t worth the money charged. Was more of a Camping/Caravan type holiday than a hotel all inclusive. Not much to the resort, zoo and water park experience is 3 days at most. "

"So much to do around the resort. Child friendly. All inclusive options plenty. "

"For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it "

"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Great hotel with friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Popular with older people as its a very comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Me and my mate stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the place. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance but argue for the price. "

"Excellent facilities and wonderful breakfast. Room had excellent view over harbour and beach. Good sized room but air con broke down and could not be repaired - offered another room - but with excellent view decided to stay put. Really good stay."
