"This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything."

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"

"The flat and the garden look like in the photos. You can go on excursions to the sea as well as to the mountains. Gemma and Andrea are very friendly and considerate hosts. You can always ask them about excursion destinations. And you get great tips for tasty local and ice cream parlours nearby. We felt at home, as if we were visiting friends."

"A wonderful villa experience in the hills overlooking Viareggio. Host Angelo was very service oriented and had good contacts with whom we arranged activities and transportation. He provided staff to prepare meals as we specified including three dinners and all breakfasts - in every instance, we received excellent food at reasonable prices from expert staff. We will easily recommend this accommodation to others."

"Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. Die Wohnküche war gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien.Der Gasherd war megga. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet ,die Betten sind bequem und die Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet.Es gibt einen Lüfter am besten von zu Hause einen Standlüfter mitbringen, im August ist es sehr warm, hatten immer über 34 Grad.
