"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Ferien in Viareggio! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Für 5 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und Geschirr - und sogar einen Geschirrspühler (nebst Waschmaschine). Alles da! Einzig die Entfernung zum Meer.. Wir wären gerne zu Fuss ans Meer. Aber mit 4 Kids und allem Gepäck sind 2 km doch ein bischen weit."

"J'ai eu un séjour exceptionnel dans cette location. Les propriétaires, qui habitent juste à côté, sont absolument adorables. C'était l'endroit parfait pour les amateurs de chiens, car les propriétaires en ont aussi, tous aussi adorables les uns que les autres. En plus, le logement offre une grande cour, un vrai plus ! "Nicoletta was so kind, she even left juices and ice cream for the kids! we had a great stay. The apartment is clean and convenient to the center and the beach, and worked out very well for us (we were coordinating with family at another house). I would definitely stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is spacious and reasonably well-equipped. With the sofa bed in the living room it is easily a three bedroom apartment. The decor and some of the furniture is a little tired but you have everything that you need in the way of kitchen equipment, sheets and towels. However, there was a lack of wardrobe space in the bedroom, with just one small hanging rail for our clothes (although plentiful drawer space) and no real usable wardrobe...

"Gastgeberin und Vermittler, waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich bei Fragen. Danke nochmals für die Willkommens Flasche Rotwein. Der Weg zur Fewo die eine sehr schöne Lage hat, ist nicht unbedingt für tiefere Autos geeignet. Wenn man langsam fährt ist es mit normalhohen (Bodenhöhe) gemeint, zu schaffen. In ca 10 min ist unten ein großer Parkplatz. Die Fewo, war sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Eine Freiküche auf der Veranda hat auch ihren Charme. Das WiFi ist aufgrund der Lage nur bedingt...

"Lejligheden er centralt beliggende. Og dejligt med terrasse. Lejligheden er MEGET sparsomt indrettet. Sovesofa i køkkenet er ikke komfortabel, man sover i en 45 graders vinkel…. Der burde være rengøring, når man har 6 overnatninger, der er 2 håndklæder pr. Person til 6 dage. Ingen vaskemaskine eller opvaskemaskine. "

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, es sind nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Meer. Im Herbst sind die Bagni geschlossen, so dass der Strand riesig ist. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles etwas abgewohnt und nicht sooo toll sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Elena lief super. Auch der Check-in/Check-out mit Signore A. war hervorragend!"

"Purtroppo la notte si dorme a tratti un po per il via vai di macchine siccome la casa sta proprio al semaforo e un po per i proprietari che alloggiano al piano superiore. Se si vuole la luce accesa (per sentirsi piu sicuri) sulla porta d'ingresso esterno viene spenta dal proprietario la notte. "

"This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. "Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe.
