You are in the city center, all types of shops are available, (supermarkets, pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy, banks); marina at 800 meters from the house for boarding in the summer towards 5 Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Elba Island. The free beaches are about 800 meters from the apartment, and the promenade you will find numerous bathing establishments with restaurant and pizzerias (fresh fish also locally caught by the fishermen's cooperative)
Forte dei Marmi, with its villas, its splendid shops, its restaurants, its equipped bathing establishments, and for those who love wild nature, the WWF beach with its natural dunes.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!!!
Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung vor. Die Vermieterin Nicoletta ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, wir konnten uns über nichts beklagen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns, auch der Strand ist sehr schön. Sehenswert ist auch der Marmorsteinbruch.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Ausstattung war gut und zweckmäßig. Nicoletta hat uns auch sehr freundlich empfangen und uns vieles erklärt.
Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens, zentral zum Strand und zur Stadt.

Nous avons été très agréablement reçus par Nicoletta: rieuse, radieuse, très gentille et sympathique!!
Quant au logement, il est très confortable, agréable d'y séjourner, avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer des vacances idéales.
Nos vacances se sont déroulées de façon idylliques.

I proprietari sono molto disponibili .
L'appartamento si trova in una zona che permette di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro che gli stabilimenti balneari.
