Villa Maestrale

Villa Maestrale, one of the five villas in the Lidoluxuryvillas complex, located in Lido di Camaiore, is part of a very recently built, elegantly furnished two-family home spread over two floors, for a total of approximately 120 square metres, plus outdoor space (garden). It is a recently built property designed with environmental considerations in mind; we have installed a solar panel system here to make it eco-friendly. Therefore, this property places a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability. Inside the property, there is private parking (one parking space per villa), Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout the villa. It is located about 350 metres from the beach and the beautiful promenade of Lido di Camaiore, both easily accessible on foot, and is a short distance from the wonderful towns of Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, and Pietrasanta. The property has been specially designed to offer our guests a space of infinite tranquility. A host is always on hand to attend to all your needs. The villa can accommodate up to four people, with the option of an additional bed in the attic (Bedroom 3); additionally, you can request a portable cot and a high chair for children. <br>Villa Maestrale offers our guests every comfort to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Upon entering the villa, you’ll find a spacious living room with a modern dining table and a comfortable sofa. The adjacent room houses the kitchen, fully equipped to meet every need, complete with wine glasses, dishes, a moka pot, an espresso machine (Nespresso), a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, juicer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and a dining area with a table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with wardrobes and a bathroom featuring a shower and bidet. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and bidet, with the option of an additional bed in the attic (Bedroom 3), as well as a camping cot and high chair for children if needed.<br>There is a private outdoor garden for al fresco dining, and, upon request, a state-of-the-art Weber grill to make your stay an unforgettable, relaxing experience in the luxury of our resort.<br>To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, please note that our property is equipped with security cameras, that check-in is not permitted for guests under 18 years of age, that no pets of any kind are allowed, and that smoking is prohibited inside the villa.<br>The villa is provided clean and fully stocked with bed linens and a complete set of towels for each guest. For stays longer than seven days, a change of linens and towels with a full cleaning is required at a cost of €120.00; the laundry area—equipped with an ironing board, iron, washing machine, and dryer—is located outside in the garden and is shared. <br>The villa is equipped with a safe.<br>In accordance with our house rules, pets of any kind are not permitted.
