"Check in and out services are good. Meals arrangements can be improved, especially the 3days advance notice for dinner should be informed in advance. We arrived on a Monday, and was informed majority of the restaurants are closed!"

"This place was great! Our room was really comfy; had our own bathroom; great kitchen and common space for cooking; laundry facilities; onsen; they also have a ping pong table. Would absolutely stay here again, just make sure to bring your food!"

"This property is close to the ski resort. It is a new hotel and it is also family-friendly. We come to this hotel around May and therefore it's not in peak season. I think not too many people will choose here except for skiing. However, I like the quiet here and also we have a kitchen to enjoy family time together. "

"They gave us the worst possible room. It was a room with one flight of staircup, then one floor of stairs down with no elevators. When I noticed several empty rooms I asked if she could change the room and she said it will cost us extra 20,000 yens. We had two suitcases to carry up and then down and no help was offered. "Fabulous 3 nights stay. The apartment is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. We had breakfast at Ronin cafe (level 1 of the property) The breakfast sets were well thought of. We totally enjoyed the place."

"Chalet Burlap Furanui is an excellent option if visiting Furano for a ski trip (after three visits to Furano previously, this has been the favourite accommodation wrt value for money). Our room was very spacious with an ensuite, the onsite onsen is a massive bonus, and the breakfast is great! Short walk to the ski hill, and the service from everyone working there was excellent. Highly recommend."
