There was some issue with the lady's card or payment and it took the one woman behind the desk going to the lady in the back room at least 5 times before that woman came out to help try and sort things out. Why one of the women couldn't deal with the lady with the card issue and one check us in, is beyond me. We lost time getting ready and had rides pick us up that...
