About this property

New Large Private Basement with Separate Entrance

  • We invite our guests to stay in our new private basement that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the Seven lakes Golf Course. Shopping malls, Detroit Ambassador Bridge, and 401 Hwy are just a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. We have 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the basement.
    We have added a treadmill for our guests to do warm-ups. Drinking alcohol and partying are not allowed. Filter Coffee, Tea, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, fridge, and microwave, cooking range are available in the kitchen. It is very comfortable for long term stays.

    Guest enter from back side access from our west side gate through grade entrance stairs to basement.
    Other things to note
    House Rules :
    1) Please keep the place immaculately clean and leave the place as you found.
    2) It is a new neighborhood area with a pleasantly calm atmosphere.
    3) All other house rules can be found in pamphlet inside
