"Our vill a was an ideal location for our stay. We were blown away with the villa and the spectacular views over looking the mountain. The villa had everything and more to ensure wonderful experince. The local bus takes you into the centre of Anncey for a small price 1€50 and this is a must to see the lake in its glory. You can pick up a boat on the lake - we took the wooden boat and thw young guide was very informative. and take the guided bus tour. Supermarkets and restaurants are local to the...

"The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. "The property was a very modern Chalet, clean and well organised. Had everything we needed including very safe storage for our bikes. The chalet was private, and 10 minutes walk away were 2 great restaurants and a comprehensive local supermarket. The weather was great and the mountains gave us what we were looking for !"

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "The house is very well -equipped, it has a lovely pool and has nice views of the mountains and lake. It is only 10 minutes into town and the lake. Perfect !!"

Our on site host, Anne, was so friendly and helpful too and prepared a lovely Savoyard dinner for us the last evening. "This accommodation was excellent value for money. Very clean with high quality facilities. Good location close to local amenities and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were given a very warm welcome by Jacqueline and a very helpful English speaking neighbour! It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday in the beautiful small ski resort of Crest Voland. "My daughter's wedding was at the nearby Chateau de Morganex. We rented Jacques home so our family could all be together in one place. It was fabulous! Jacques and his wife were so welcoming and friendly and the home was gorgeous. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool was lovely. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. Thank you Jacques for a lovely stay."

"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "
