"The check in was quick easy & very friendly. We were in a loft room, which was compact to say the least. We found there was lack of any storage space, no chest of drawers, shelves, small wardrobe , nothing but 2 hangers behind the door. The mirror in the bathroom was on a different wall to the washbasin so made shaving difficult. The shower leaked so you had to make sure that towels were on the floor or risk slipping over when you got out. The roof windows needed cleaning and there were several...

"Annabelle’s house was comfortable and in a great location. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the train station and all the stores. On the weekends it is loud at night due to noise from the bar that is on the same street. But overall I really didn’t have any trouble sleeping and I appreciated the free breakfast! "

"While tgis is not a fancy place to stay, it is very clean and the staffis wonderful. I got the smalleat room in the place, at the top of the stairs. It was perfect foe my stay in Bath, central to everything and safe. I will definitely stay here again when I come in one of the bigger rooms, as I saw a peak inside thhem and they are lovely!"

"Sue and Graham are such wonderful and welcoming hosts. The property has so much character, well maintained and very clean. Other than the weak wifi connection in the room, everything else was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a really highlight - great options for vegetarians and pescatarian alike. "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
