We got an upgrade to a suite and complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated after an awful journey. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. "

He also made sure to ask about my day, which was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and so comfy ! We had fresh towels and our bed made everyday, which was the cherry on top.
