"We had a wonderful time in Prospect cottage, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the property and a potter delight to stay there. Would go again without question and Mevagissey is a super place to visit. I would recommend this property to anyone and we're so grateful to the hosts for allowing us to 'borrow' for a little while. "What a beautiful place to be for our wedding weekend. I've walked past this gorgeous home a lot over the last 11 years, and have dreamed of staying there. And this was the perfect opportunity. "We genuinely cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is a beautiful property, with stunning gardens. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. "Birdsong was exactly as described and had everything you needed for your stay. The bedrooms were so quirky and different, loved them. Sadly the weather wasn't on our side so we didnt get to sit in the beautiful garden. The cream tea was an added treat, thank you Jane. Would absolutely love to visit again in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage. Lots of room for the whole family and the amenities were great. Charlestown can be notoriously busy, but since this cottage is behind the shipwreck center it was peaceful and quiet even on a busy weekend. Loved waking up to the view of the sea in the distance. We will absolutely consider staying again on a future trip! If I had to come up with any suggestions, I might suggest getting some bedside lamps so that kids who are afraid of the dark can...

"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."

"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"From booking process to communication in the lead up to our arrival to the moment we arrived at this stunning cottage along a tiny little lane, lots of greenery and a lovely little stream. Gary welcomed us and made us feel very welcome indeed and was helpful throughout our stay with local information and even lent us his binoculars for possible whale watching of the coast. Perfect cottage for 2 people and 2 dogs - the garden is completely enclosed - no holes for our dogs to escape. Small touches...

"Just returned from a family holiday, an amazing cottage and location. A great base for discovering the wonders of Cornwall, an easy drive to St Ives, Penzance and Bude to name a few. "Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. A fly swat would be useful though - especially for a quiet undisturbed sleep at night. All linen, bathroom and utensils absolutely spotless though. Owners were...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
