“Really helpful”

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. All in all a good place to stay.

“Fantastic hotel will use it again when I return to Singapore”

I arrived at the hotel by taxi which was just as well as the entrance was not that easy to find. My first impression was of an impressive foyer with glass lifts going up on either side to the floors above. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My daughter arrived at 3am and was brought to our room by the night porter. Our room was large, airy and clean.There was 24 hour room service and guests could have breakfast in their room. The pool was heated and staff were on hand to provide drinks or pool side snacks. Of a night after a full day shopping and seeing the sights of Singapore we went back to the hotel for a night cap in the hotel foyer. A pianist played a grand piano and drinks especially Singapore Slings were cheaper than the bars outside. Overall we had a fantastic stay, staff could not do enough for us. I have already recommended it to friends and will stay there again.

“Fantastic Stay”

As with any hotel your opinion is altered by the money you spend. For my money the concorde was great the executive lounge manager and staff were fantastic and the ladies at reception efficient and professional. Great service and ammeneties the extra money for exec suite easily offset by the excellent breakfast and the evening drinks. Cant wait to see the new executive lounge when i come back.

“Well worth the price”

This was a rather nice place to stay. Great location, friendly service. Pool was very nice, but drinks a little pricey, but drinks are expensive(at bars)in Singapore. If you like beer, go to a hawker center, or any of the many restaurant stands all around town, much cheaper and always ice cold! Not to mention the great food! The only issue with the room, is that the air-conditioner malfunctioned on the final night I was there. I had brought it to the attention of the staff, and I had received a letter of apology,and that the A/C was fixed. I didn't expect to receive a letter, but it only goes to show the staff really cares! If I return to Singapore, I would definitely stay at the Concorde again!

Hotel is ideally located close to CBD on Orchard Road. Also very close to MRT and bus stops. Very comfortable rooms and courteous, helpful staff.

This hotel has an excellent location on Orchard Rd. The singapura Plaza is within walking distance. Not only does the mall offer quality shopping, but it is also has a station for rapid transit. Moreover, the hotel is very close to all the major shopping venues on Orchard Road.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a round the world trip and it was one of the best! Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us and we even got an upgrade to the Premier Club rooms on the 9th floor. Rooms were great, decent size too. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a huge range of hot and cold foods catering for everyone. I'd definitely stay here again if visiting Singapore.
