There were some essential items missing like toaster, wine opener, and extra blankets but there were items there we weren't expecting like full size shower items. "The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!"

"1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!"

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. "We appreciated the prompt and professional communication throughout. The first floor room where we stayed was clean and tidy, with its own en suite toilet and shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the faux fireplace heater did a great job of heating up the whole room. The room was smaller than appears in the website pictures.
