"Staff and location were awesome. It was clean and safe. Convenient to shopping, and dinning. The only problem was the shower. It would not regulate no matter what I did. It was either too hot or too cold and nothing in between. Other than that I had an excellent time. "

"Place was near where i needed to be bar staff in rhe day where very nice The room was big but afraid needed sone tlc haning coofee stains that hace ground in on the table kettle needed descaling some wall paper even over the snug bar area needed attention these details reflect on the ratings. My partner had decaf coffee in the day but at brrakfast was told we dont have decaf? "Super location steps from train station. Cozy and nice room. Best air conditioner in England! Superb private bathroom with great shower and lots of hot water. Nuce tea and coffee selection in our room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was absolutely Amazing! Again the best we have had in England. Will take care of your bags pre check in whilst you go tour the Cathedral. Over all i rate this a perfect choice and would highly recommend. Cheers "
