"This is a lovely apart/hotel in a great location and I recommend it highly. It's situated within a 2-min walk to Gloucester Road station. The area is quiet and walkable. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park just a few minutes away too. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants close by and the high street is 10-mins away. We stayed for 9 days in between other travels. We initially strayed in the studio room which was great but a bit small but then we moved to a studio deluxe which was perfect. A large size with plenty of space space for bags. The small kitchenette in the rooms was very handy too. The coffee machine in the lobby was awesome. The staff at the hotel, all of them, were very helpful and friendly. This was a great experience and we will definitely be back. "

"Excellent customer service and support. We were upgraded to a Seaview Room with lovely views over the sea. Room is clean and so are the amenities provided. The room attendant is excellent. She’s so polite and work so efficiently. Throughly enjoyable stay. "
