I was warmly received by Lini who explained how it all works at the Beach Pad and showed me my room. Neat and clean but OH SO SMALL! Lini really went the extra mile to help me when the bulb fused in my room late at night and organized an alternative till the morning. Thank you for not leaving me in the dark!
We had a great stay here from 16th - 19th April 2014. The guest house is ideally situated for all the Brighton has to offer. We spent time walking along the beach and pier, visiting the shops and the Laines and even the Theatre Royal.

Lovely hotel and staff. Was helpful when we wanted to add a extra person to our room. We were 4 young girls down for the half term. Such comfy beds. Would recommend to the young. Perhaps not to older people as you can hear people in the other rooms.
