"I have only excellent things to say about this calm hostel/hotel. It is a mix of rooms, apartment, and hostel. I stayed in a 4 bed bunk room. It was immaculately clean, with high quality beds, and bedding, and so spacious. Bathroom was likewise large and pristinely cleaned every day. "Great place to stay. Not crowded like Ponta Delgada. Is in a residential area, with a 2 minute walk to the shoreline. Nice area to walk along shore, a small ocean bay with a swimming within a 10 minute walk. Stayed on the second floor, they advertise you dont have a ocean view, but ocean was viewable as well a shore line to the west. Very clean, modern and quiet."
