"The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. "Fantastic place to stay, unwind and be at one with nature! Not quite in the middle of nowhere but close enough. There are shops locally but we took what we needed for our stay so we could get away from everything. We ditched the car and walked everywhere. The forest is on your doorstep and a nature reserve just over the road.. Ideal place if you have dogs, enjoy walking and want to get away from daily life, just be aware of the hills. "I stayed in the farm for 3 nights with my partner. The Annexe has everything you need and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing gateway trip. Having breakfast in the garden was definitely a highlight! Arthur, the owner, came to greet us the first morning and was very kind. They also provided us with a Welcome letter which was very helpful when looking for places to eat. The only cons is that the bathroom is a bit tight, specially the shower - I'm a tall woman- but I'd definitely recommend this...
