"The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again"

"The Beach House is a lovely home for staying near Mudeford or Christchurch. This is lovely and spacious, with multiple reception rooms; as we were a family of five plus dog it meant we could all come together or have our own space when it was needed. The dining table and kitchen set up or also plenty big enough for cooking and entertaining. "I have spent 20 years visiting the New Forrest for holidays and I wish I had found this place before, it is a gem. The owner Chris was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another stay for later on this year while we were there. I cannot recommend this location highly enough."

"We stayed here for a weekend break, with 3 adults, a 4 year old and 19m old. Communication with jenny and Iain was fantastic from the booking to check out. Check in was really straightforward and we were welcomed with a few gifts and personal note. The accommodation was clean, spacious and homely. They provided us with a travel cot and mattress, high chair, kids tablewear/cutlery, toys and games. All the beds were comfy, the location is quiet and peaceful we all slept really well."

"Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Secure garden for our dog, probably lovely in the summer, but it rained all the time we were there which was a shame. Quiet area in beautiful part of New Forest. Walks straight from the door into the forest. Good local amenities in the village within walking distance. Visiting sick relatives so not a holiday, but lovely place to return to at night. Thank you for accommodating us at short notice."

"This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. "A lovely feeling as soon as you walk in the door. A very welcoming, comfortable and pristine house. Great, secure garden and a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Burley village where you’ll find a lovely village store, pubs, gift shops and cafes. Great for forest walks.
