"A lovely 3 night stay in a well set up house with three bedrooms with three bathrooms, with three good friends. We spent our days enjoying the interests of Winchester, the Cathedral, the Great Hall, the Water Meadows, the old streets, and the shops. Plenty of exercise walking up and down through the park from the house to the centre of the City, and good meals out."

"This property was spotless and well equipped. It is a bit ‘off the beaten track’, but in a lovely location and within walking distance of an excellent village shop. There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."
