"From the moment I arrived I knew I had chosen an excellent hotel. The welcome from staff was lovely, they were very helpful, arranging to take my case up to my room ,which was also clean, comfortable and had all I needed. I booked with a friend, each coming from different areas and we were next door to each other which was convenient. The breakfasts were good as were the choices at dinner. I cannot complain about anything as everything was just great. I do hope I can book again next year."

"I had a comfortable bright room with excellent tea and coffee-making equipment. The hotel is of a good standard with a large colourful restaurant with a very good cooked-breakfast menu. "I've stayed in Swansea a few times but never explored the Marina. With local parking at £5 for 24hours, we were able to come and go as many times as we liked. This was useful as we were avle to drive back and forth between the hotel and our son's student house as much as we needed. The hotel was of a high standard, decorated in a boutique style.
