I stayed in this hotel for three nights in November 2013.
I was comfortable in my room, it had a comfy armchair, bed and a good flatscreen tv.
The shower in the bathroom worked well.
I didn't use the gym, pool or sauna so can't comment on them.
The staff were excellent.
The free wifi only worked intermittently and I observed three people having to use their laptops in reception.
What I didn't like was being treated as a second class guest by the management due to a Tour Bus full of Pensioner's staying on my second and third night. How was I treated? Despite the restaurant being empty the pensioners on the tour bus were due down for food. So, I was asked to sit out by myself in a big dark empty room surrounded by glass windows. I didn't sit for long. Harry’s Carvery down the street had my business those two evenings, I rate their food highly and the price was better as well.
