"We like the proximity to downtown. It’s on the busiest bar/club street. The downside of this was the noise from the street. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The food was a huge buffet. At the buffet, you would have to pay for beer and wine which is understandable, but we also had to pay for soft drinks which I think should’ve been included. "Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."
