"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Hard to get to but great once you’re there. GPS got confused as we got close and it requires driving down streets and the boardwalk that appear to be pedestrian only. Smith check in, room was ready hours early, VERY nice staff. Breakfast Buffett was 5 star. Room was very clean, no maintenance issues in room or common areas. Will stay again. "
