We stayed in two separate apartments at Luna Olympus, both were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a little poorly equipped with just a microwave and a hob and no washing up equipment but otherwise was a very nice place to say. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very well located, about 10mins walk to the beach and about 5mins to the marina.

Our stay at vila gale Ampalius was fabulous staff very friendly hotel spotlessly clean great position it was my husbands 75th birthday while we were there,and when we arrived at our room in the evening, the hotel supprised us with a birthday cake & a bottle of champagne a lovely gesture from the hotel would definitely return ,the resort was fab nice resteraunts bars nice & flat &every clean
stayed ath the victoria perfect location for a elaxing holiday. Accomadation was fabulous, as apartments wher to a high standard. Pools at both complexs where great, sunloungers plentiful, gym was very modern, and the in door pool looked great. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Used the spa at the TIVOLLI -very relaxing - the only down side was the treatments where a bit expensive. The courtesy bus was a great bonus, but a service between 6 and 8.30 would be beneficial. Overall great holidy - would definately return

Got to the hotel after booking through Expedia in June/July 14 late at 23.30hrs on Thursday 9.10.2014. There was no room available for 4 nights . I booked two twin rooms 9th to 13th Oct 14 and paid in full. Had my booking reference with me fortunately. The staff member said there was only one room available for 4 nights and one for two nights.After the second night two of us had no where to stay. We were told to contact you about it as it wasnt the hotels fault. I told the staff member that I had no phone to do so and no more money to book another room.
He then told us to come back to reception and he would try to sort it out as Expedia had not confirmed two rooms only one
Luckily we were able to keep our rooms. The hotel said it was not their fault.
I would stay at the hotel again - it was my 3rd time there.
I would not use Expedia again.
This was a last minute decision, for a 4 night break, to meet some friends who had previously booked a break here. We booked everything through expedia, and every aspect went like clockwork. We booked bed and breakfast. Although the booking in time is 3.00pm we arrived at 1000am, and our room was available.
There was a kettle in the room, but no tea making facilities, or cups. We had to ask for these, which were supplied very quickly. However replacement tea bags were readily replaced when the room was tidied. We had taken our own so it didn't cause us problems complementary water was supplied daily.There was a fridge for use with the mini bar service. If you wanted the service a pack could be purchased. We didn't bother, so an empty fridge was put to use with our own fresh milk and drinking water.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of both cold and hot choices.
There was only one down fall with the Hotel was that there is a promenade being constructed betwen Vilamoura and Quarteria and there is no access to the beach area, thus making a half mile walk into about a mile and a half having to walk all around the houses! This could easily be eliviated if the Hotelallowed the guests to use the back gate which was locked shut. However would I use the Hotel again? - YES

Excellent value for money. Nice pool and facilities. 30 minute walk to the marina and beach. However it only costs about $5 for a cab.
No wifi in rooms. Only in the foyer and you have to pay €1 euro for ten minute. Not great!
