Stunning beach front hotel. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained. All the amenities are very close by. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and location

Lovely hotel right on the beach front and 5/10 min walk to the main strip. Check in was fast and rooms of a good standard. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options. Would stay here again if coming back to Benidorm.

Great location

Great location on the sea front. It’s a shame no one from the hotel contacted me to say that the pool was out of use. Having work done. Also the noise from the next door renovations wasn’t great during the duration on my stay.

I stayed here on my 1st solo trip. The beach is on your doorstep, the hotel is spotless and all staff are friendly. I dint think i would stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Blown away bt the whole experience

Modern hotel in an ideal location. Breakfast was great and the extra touches such as the dj and live singer were unique. Only minor downside was the one slow lift other than that cant complain and would definitely revisit

Love Melia hotel group and this was our first time staying in an “INNside” Gorgeous boutique hotel. Perfect location on the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. B&B was best option for us as there’s plenty of places to eat out. Breakfast was lovely, lots if choice in the lovely “Kitchen” restaurant onsite. Each morning there was a singer or dj, lovely touch. Pool area is small which we knew, but the beach is on your doorstep so we went in there every day. Highly recommend this hotel if you want something chic, adult only and quiet, in a great location,

Nicd hotel but shame about noise

The hotel itself was clean ,food mediocre, staff just ok ,its in a good location but next to an extremly noisy bar with drunken stag do's ,shame these types of bars are opening at this end of levantè beach and is now turning into the strip.no curtesy room if you have a late flight only the cold pool dhower and toilets to change in .

Comfortable and gorgeous sea front stay

Beautiful beach front hotel, amazing views from sea front rooms! Great for walking distance of beach front bars and 5 mins in taxi or 15 mins walk to central Benidorm strip. Staff were a little slow and unhelpful at reception which was a shame, but it didn’t wreck our visit. We asked 3 times in one day for them to send a cleaner to our room. Beautiful clean restaurant to have breakfast which was included in our stay. Small pool area at the front of hotel, which gets busy very quickly as not lots of sun beds. Rooms slightly overpriced for March but overall a comfortable and gorgeous stay!

Did a full board, the food was good, a lot of variety and changed from day to day, perfect location although getting a bed by the pool is impossible. The location is great, backs right onto the beach, near the shops etc. parking is a bit difficult to find and communicate with reception to open the gates and costs an additional 20 euros per day. The lifts are a nightmare, you can sometimes wait 5 minutes plus only to find the lift full. I possibly return if the price was better, but overall I had a good stay.

Better going the chippy than half board at hotel.

Hotel brillaint ,staff at reception very good frindly and very helpfull always greated with a smile.dinning room well what can you say.very nasty ,unless your spanish forget it very insulting are last nite we were more or less thrown out they tried to take are food away and shouting at us hour hour, they close at 9.30 pm this started around 9 pm and there was 2 tables with spanish tourists on them but nothing was said to them the staff were talking in spanish to these custmers clearly calling us.made to feel very uncomfortable. Reported incident to reception but was told to complain by email to olga Rodiriguez.the food is inadequate for a 4 star hotel morr like a 2 to 3 star hotel quality over cooked and left to dry out rock hard.
