"Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle! "

"The room we booked was not available when we checked in, and because we had 4 people we needed 2 beds. The staff kindly put us in 2 neighboring rooms at no extra charge so we all had a comfortable place to sleep. The only issue was that the person who checked us in said they were both King rooms, but the beds were clearly Queens. It worked out okay though."

"Very convenient location with shuttle for airport. Driver was very helpful. Tanea at the desk was so very busy but always helpful andshe saved us so much money with her referrals for shuttle to downtown and cruise port with Seattle shuttle. You don't have to pay Cruise line prices. Referred us to several places, really helped with convenience and money. Thank you, Tanea, you brightened our days. Allowed us to check in early and had nice handicap accessible room. Hotel is close to monorail 10 minute walkand bus service and mall 3 miles away has shuttle."
