Stayed for 3 nights, myself, husband and 19 year old son. Great location directly across street from Seattle Center. Absolutely loved the rooftop terrace - Great place for my morning coffee or late night glass of wine. Complimentary breakfast had nice mix of hot and cold items, made to order omelets too. Staff was helpful, polite and efficient every time we interacted with them. Elevators were fast but not enough of them in the morning and evening. Long wait times and full elevators. I think that is my only complaint. Liked all the uses for the key card including elevator usage and light activation in the rooms.

Stayed in many different Travelodge's on this trip and this was the best out of the ones we stayed at. The rooms were accessed via interior hallways, limiting the noise level. The beds were comfy (the newer style down comforter type bedding vs bedspreads), and the water pressure on the shower was decent. Had a pool and hot tub, although the hot tub jets didn't work. Very easy access to Seattle Center (space needle, EMP museum, etc). We used only public transit (no car) to get from Sea-Tac airport to the hotel, and the train was great (to Westlake Center), but then planned on taking the monorail to Seattle center. That is not the way to go cost wise - bus would have been better. As such, the hotel isn't as convenient to get to because if you're on a budget, you have to transfer train to bus to get to the hotel (and bus is a separate fair from the sea-tac transit line). However, barring the location, I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel for the price (please bear in mind there are things not pristine because this is a budget motel, and not a Hilton). One last thing - we had 5 in the room, so we got a rollaway bed. This was a very tight fit once the rollaway was set up.
Great hotel. 5 blocks from the Space Needle. 4 blocks to good restaurants. The grill next door is free for kids breakfast. No pool or spa. No free breakfast. Overall not to bad but I would have hoped for a better location
We have been to this hotel several times and every time it has been a pleasure, the staff is very friendly, very helpful, every says hello to you all the time. It happened to be cold in Seattle when we stayed there and the hotel a/c was still on so we ended up putting the heat on in the room in the middle of summer, but other. Than that we had a very nice stay. Breakfast is good, always a place to sit and eat even though there are many people, there are also many tables so it's nice to know you don't have to worry about that!
Parking lot is cramped, swing your side mirror In to the car you will hit either another car or a concrete pole!!! Laundry facilities were good, gym was good, we used each every other day!! But the best part are the cookies they put out in the afternoon!!! Fresh out of the oven!! Overall, hotel stay was great!

"Downtown hotel close (3blocks) to Space Needle. "
Great location for us. Description of room was NOT what we got. Front desk staff is clueless about their city & could give little to no help. This staff also gave conflicting information. Very Frustrating!

The hotel has good breakfast, the facilities are ok, the unique problem was the cleaning personal that haven't customer service attitude, so they knock your door early morning and tell you they have to clean your room because they have "this" list of rooms for cleaning, and they have too, without taking care about if you are or not in the room, or whatever, additionally we did some shopping and leave a medium size bag with the trash next to the trash can, and in 2 days they didn't leave it, we have to put it outside the room in order to they pick it up.
"Price and location for one night stay was a deal"
The hotel is outdated and the beds are a little hard the room/bathroom is outdated and construction was being done and it was really noisy and hard to sleep in the morning. There is a $10 parking fee which is better then street parking or finding parking. Location is key to Seattle Center and restaurants on 4th and Cedar. The price is cheap for a few nights and you really don't spend that much time in the room
