"The staff were great, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a mixed of Asian and western food. This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. We highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

Staff was very helpful with luggage and I enjoyed the list of coffees , restaurants etc they give you to help you move around . The weekend night market is closed to for those who want to shop at night. "
