This is a great, inexpensive option. Great location. Staff was great and very helpful and attentive. Their buffet breakfast was top notch and on par with more expensive properties we stayed at in Hanoi.

The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average. Staff was great, and very helpful.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, wasnt a massive spread but still a good selection of tasty food. Beds were on the firm side for our preferences but definitely not the worst we had in Vietnam. Would return if visiting Hanoi again.

We had the top floor front facing room with king bed and balcony Comfy bed, very clean hotel and friendly staff! Breakfast was good Loca was excellent, in old quarter walking distance to the lake and other activities. But a bit off from the center so not super loud

Great customer service

Lucas and Kim checked us in. Kim arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay for us as soon as we arrived. The staff is extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Decent but there are better options

Okay overall but is a little run down. We stayed in two different rooms, one smelled like cigarette smoke and neither had a shower that drained properly. Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional.

The staff were great, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a mixed of Asian and western food. This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. We highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms Zoey who gave us many good suggestions. One thing that really need improvement, room soundproofing. Overall good stay 😊 Location is very strategic, away from the busy street.

Hanoi emerald waters hotel is an lovely boutique hotel. Room is clean with a good air conditioner. Bed in room is comfortable. I had good night sleep. Good breakfast buffet and made to order Pho noodle soup is delicious. Staffs in hotel is very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Hanoi.

The staff here at this hotel are so welcoming and friendly! It was my husband’s birthday when we checked in and they surprised him with a special birthday cake. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient to the night market and other local delicious restaurants. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, cereal, omelette station, local Vietnamese dishes, pastries, pho, and fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We highly recommend this hotel!

Impeccable service by all staff, special thanks to front desk Bonie and Zoey for making this a memorable stay. Good breakfast spread with Real fruit juice (not packaged) and again their wait staff was efficient in all services. Room was spacious and beds were comfy, many international channels on TV, bathroom was clean and provided clean towels. Every attraction / night market / eateries were within walking distance. We spent 4 nights here. Highly recommended to stay!

Comfortable, clean and perfect location

The staff was wonderful- friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a wonderful chaise lounge that I enjoyed using instead of the bed in the morning/evening. The location was perfect- just minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and easily walkable to other attractions. The only negative was that there was no window to outside, so the room was extremely dark when no lights were on. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay and I wish I had more time in Hanoi.
