Chad was an awesome host, very communicative and provided us with many extras to make our stay even more pleasant. The bed is firm. My hubby and I like a soft bed, but we were still comfortable. The other two bedrooms had softer beds if firm isn't your thing. The host clearly put a tremendous amount of thought, care, and consideration into this property. Should we come back to Colorado Springs, I will only ever stay here."

"This was a clean and spacious unit to stay in. The layout is group friendly and the foosball table added a little extra entertainment. We’d definitely stay here again. We didn’t notice the park until the last day. It’s only about a block up the road and looked like a great place to take a walk for those interested."

We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did."
