Situated on a sunlit corner lot, the house offers immediate access to trails within the neighborhood. This two-story residence features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, the living room entrance, and the west-facing windows. The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a walk-out to the back patio. The primary bathroom is a luxurious five-piece suite, complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks. All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided, and the bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more. The house is enhanced with numerous "smart" features designed to provide added convenience and security during your stay. These features include: \- High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet \-Amazon Firestick enabled TVs allow access to your favorite streaming services (there are pre-installed apps for local and national news, weather, and current events). \- Smart keypad lock on the front door \- Smart thermostat \- Smart garage door opener \- Ring security cameras and floodlights positioned outside the property, including over the garage, above the back patio area, a video garage keypad, and a video doorbell at the front entrance. I’ve stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and this place was one of the best I’ve ever stayed! Very well organized and very comfortable furnishings. The garage parking was a major plus. It is a beautiful, clean 2 story home in a nice residential area that is close to shopping and restaurant. It was comfortable and I felt very much at home here. My teenage sons thought it was really expensive because of the tv in all bedrooms and nice decor. It is very reasonable for what it has to offer ##### Jill G. The snacks and over all details they have took to make it home. Born and raised in the south it is nice to be able to visit a town so nice to us while we visited family. This was the best VRBO experience I've ever had, and I've had to do a fair amount of traveling. The master bedroom is STUNNING. The bed is firm. My hubby and I like a soft bed, but we were still comfortable. The other two bedrooms had softer beds if firm isn't your thing. The host clearly put a tremendous amount of thought, care, and consideration into this property. Should we come back to Colorado Springs, I will only ever stay here. ##### Rachel V. If you're looking for the perfect place for you and your family this is it! Very clean and comfortable. It is obvious Kate is very meticulous in providing the perfect place for her guests without missing a single detail. If you forget something, no worries, Kate has you covered! This house is lacking in absolutely nothing you may need. Everything from toothbrushes to cooking utensils, and coffee, it's all there. The house is very warm, and inviting.
