We did not receive the unit number or access instructions before arrival, having to call the provided number before we got the link with instructions. In addition to that, our unit was missing the number on the door. The unit also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay, including ants, loose bathroom fixtures, hair in the bedding, an AC unit that struggled...
