The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. "I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street!"

Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. "If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
