"One night stay to see Windsor Castle, ideal location, very unique & well kept facility. Recent renovated room with a very comfortable (firm) mattress. Recent renovated bathroom with very good water pressure & lots of hot water. There is a recent HVAC for comfort. The only thing to remember is that the facility does not have a lift/elevator, due to the period of the original construction, so if that is a challenge, please call the facility to discuss. If I am in Windsor again, I will seek out this place to stay. Lastly, to say their breakfast is generous is not an understatement. Traditional English Breakfast, three ways of eggs done, wonderful house made pastries, make your own pancakes, selection of cold cereals, make your own Espresso Machine, a pot of tea if you’d like. All included."

"This was a wonderfully comfortable and charming hotel. Checking in was easy and the storage of our luggage till room ready was well managed. Paul, the concierge helped me find things in the property and directed us in town. Very nice staff but Paul was excellent in particular. Breakfast was good and the dining room decorated in Alice in wonderland watercolors, bright window light and comfortable seating. The food was varied and you could find something for your taste and dietary needs. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable-- chairs that you could sit in and watch the people go by into Oxford. The hotel is just across from the Ashmolian museum and was close to train station. Also, your room card is a facsimile of a famous Oxford student. Just a nice touch. Plenty of places to sit and read a book, have a drink or get tea. I think this is a wonderful place and will look for other graduate hotels when I travel. "

"Hotel is convenient for Windsor attractions, with leisure facilities (extra charge). On site restaurants are good. The reception staff are extremely helpful, we left behind an important item and they did everything they could to get it posted to us quickly."
