"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"Had a lovely fews days in this gorgeous house. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location. Everything is within easy walking distance and if you dont feel like cooking the food at the One Elm is very good. The only niggle we had was the level of heating as the weather had turned wet and chilly, and the stone and wooden floors meantbit sometimes felt a little cool."

"First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...

"The cottage was great! Overall, the place was very thoughtfully furnished, and we really enjoyed our stay. We did find a number of dishes in the cabinets that hadn't been cleaned well, and we were disappointed the oven couldn't be turned up to a medium or high cooking temperature, but those were minor issues."

One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. "A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "

"A lovely weekend. Accommodation was perfect for my two dogs and l to use as a base. Kitchen was fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer to use. The accommodation, towels and bed linen all spotless. Already rebooked for August."

Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. "
