    Our brand new eco cottage is built in the heart of the lovely village of Badby. Built to a very high standard it uses natural material finishes where possible. It has two bedrooms with flexible sleeping layout (twin or super king to master bedroom), two bathrooms, comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen and sofa bed. The property benefits from the very latest heating technologies featuring a Hanson Formpave Themopave ground source heat system,plus solar powered hot water and underfloor heating throughout. Just a short stroll to two great country pubs which serve real ales and home cooked food. There is off road parking in the private courtyard plus additional parking in the extremely quiet cul-de-sac outside the cottage.
    Guest accommodation at this cottage offers DVD players and a hairdryer. This accommodation offers separate living rooms. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include a shower and bidets.

        Well maintained and equipped property.

        Well maintained and equipped. Generally clean though freezer and cooker needed attention. Comfy beds, lots of storage. nice pubs within walking distance.

          Charming and well appointed

          We stayed at Val's for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Fawsley Hall. This was a fantastic location and the cottage is very charming and homely. The Windmill Inn is a great spot for food and is only a minutes walk away from the front door. Badby is a lovely village for a stroll. We would love to stay here again and explore a bit more of the area.

            A wonderfully well equipped little cottage

            A lovely welcoming and well equipped little cottage. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe space and there are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. The living has a good quality sofa bed which my 14 year old daughter used for the duration of our stay without any issue whatsoever. The village of Badby is lovely with lots of stone built cottages and 2 great looking pubs and it is surrounded by countryside. We were unable to use the pubs as we were up for my Brothers wedding at nearby Dodmoor House which is only a 10 minute drive away so we were kept busy with lots of family gatherings in Weedon and surrounds. We found the cottage to be a perfect base for our stay and was a much better option for us as a family than the nearby hotels. Overall a great place to stay that we were delighted with!!

              WOW. This place is stunning. Extremely well appointed. Location is great with parking directly outside. Village is idealic and there is a great view of the fantastic church from Kitchen window. Shame no outside space to sit in the evenings in this lovely weather but they had even thought of providing fans to help with the heat and ice~packs in the freezer to use for picnics etc~Nothing in this place has not been thought about carefully. Stay was very comfortable~Shame we couldn't stay longer! Correspondence was quick and excellant. Overall a fantastic luxury break and will certainly be back if we are in the area. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
