Clean, comfortable room, with a super helpful multi lingual staff. Perfect for a few days in the joyful chaos of Naples. Do not forget to take the main elevator to the 6th floor and follow signs for the roof. Nice little sitting area with an amazing view.

We had a quadruple room. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family. This location is fantastic, only a few minutes to the train station and metro or an easy walk to spanish quarter. Rooftop has an amazing view and great place to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Room was very clean and the AC worked great...VERY important in Naples. It is located feet from a major subway station and yards from 100 souvenir vendors. The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. If we return to Naples, we will definitely consider staying here again. Nothing bad to say!

The location to.the central train station made walking to the hotel very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The not so good: the air-conditioning unit is VERY noisy. You could hear the drain pipes gurgling all the time through the unit.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful. The lobby and surrounding areas were really clean! I saw a lot of comments about the neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe walking around at night. If you’ve ever lived in a major U.S. city, you’ll be fine. Unfortunately, I found the room to be just okay — three different bugs in the bathroom on separate days, only one towel for two people, AC didn’t work, wifi for the TV crapped out mid-stay, and the pipe for the toilet was coming out of the wall. I am normally okay with budget hotels, but this one had me rethinking my choices. I want to reiterate that the rest of the hotel was super clean and the staff was really hospitable. I saw a lot of people playing cards downstairs and/or sitting on the patio. There’s a lot of late night bites near by. At the end of the day, it’s just a place to sleep and it’s in a great location to Naples (if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk).

My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around.
