"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous.
