A good place to visit the surroundings, a boattrip to Cannobio is a must. But don’t forget Tronzano and Pino Lago Maggiore, nice places with good alimentari. Was spotless and everything was great! The owner was great and assisted us with any questions. Gut eingerichtet . Leider gibt es nur 4 Sterne , denn die Küche war nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank war innen nicht gereinigt. Im Gefrierschrank waren noch Lebensmittel . (Packung mit Petersilie aufgerissen ) die Teppiche waren schmutzig. Der Treppenaufgang ist komplett vermoost und war bei Regen sehr glatt. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Von Wifi bis TV alles vom Besten, Terrasse vom Feinsten, riesig, alles sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte braucht, angenehm eingerichtet.Die Wohnungsfront ist komplett verglast mit phänomenaler Aussicht auf den See, die Berge und die sehr große Terrasse. Wir haben auch bei teilweise schlechtem Wetter einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt genossen. Ein Auto ist allerdings nach unserer Meinung unverzichtbar, das es in Tronzano selber keinen Bäcker oder ähnliches gibt und es einige km Autostraße bis zum nächsten Ort Maccagno sind.Dafür hat man definitiv seine Ruhe an einem echten Wohlfühl-Ort. Alles war so, wie man es erwartet bzw. wie es vorab in der Anzeige ersichtlich war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben: natürlich der Ausblick, aber auch die vielen "kleinen Details" in der Ferienwohnung, z.B. der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse + Wohnzimmer und der überdachte Abstellplatz für das Auto. Man merkt, hier hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war vorbildlich. ##### Torsten R. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles Sauber und auch an Ausstattung alles da. Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Unser Vermieter Alex war sehr nett. Hat auch bei Ankunft alles gut erklärt und Tipps gegeben und war auch immer erreichbar. Einzig die Baustelle vor dem Haus war etwas störend, aber auch hier kam uns Alex mit dem Preis entgegen. ##### Mandy P. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöner Blick auf den See. ABER: Baustelle vor dem Haus: von morgens bis abends Pressluftbagger, furchtbar laut und Vibrationen. Wurde in der Ausschreibung nicht benannt. Völlig unakzeptabel. Außerdem: keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu heizen (Ende Oktober !). Fernsteuerung für Zimmerheizung: Batterie leer. Wlan: defekt. Beschreibung für Heizung: italienisch. Pallettheizung laut. Also: Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht zur Zeit (Baustelle) und nicht im Herbst/Winter. Die tolle Seesicht und das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer begeistert uns sehr. Dieses Mal konnten wir sogar den einfach zu bedienenden Pellet-Ofen zeitweise in Betrieb nehmen, welcher eine angenehme Wärme in die Wohnung brachte. Danke Alex für die zuvorkommenden Betreuung.
